    Modern Dermatology of KY & Cosmetic Specialists is looking for a Licensed Aesthetician to join our team at our Lexington office to build our Aesthetic services. Our current office team has been providing quality dermatological and cosmetic services for over 20 years. We have a wonder base of loyal clients, and an amazing team to work with. 


    The right person will have the following:


    • Licensed aesthetician in the state of KY.
    • Be upbeat, positive, friendly, professional & responsible.
    • Ability to work 40 hours a week
    • Willing to train/learn on all of our services.
    • Willing to work as a team member which may include working the front desk or other areas within the office when it is necessary.
    • Willing to continue growing skills and maintaining required training. 

    Wages and benefits are based per individual experience.

  • Clinical Assistant - Lexington, Lond, Richmond, KY & Float


    Job Title: Clinical Assistant


    Summary:

    Join our dynamic dermatology team as a Clinical Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our busy office operations. This position involves assisting dermatologists and other medical staff in providing exceptional patient care, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of clinical procedures. Positions available in Lexington, London, Richmond & Float.


    Responsibilities:


    1. Assist dermatologists and medical staff during patient examinations and procedures.

    2. Prepare examination rooms and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and sterility.

    3. Escort patients to examination rooms and obtain medical history as directed.

    4. Perform basic patient care tasks such as wound care, bandaging, and suture removal under supervision.

    5. Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) system.

    6. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.

    7. Stock and organize clinical supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels.

    8. Collaborate with team members to optimize clinic workflow and efficiency.

    9. Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.


    Qualifications:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant certification required.

    2. Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous.

    3. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

    4. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

    5. Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

    6. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    7. Compassionate attitude and dedication to delivering high-quality patient care.

    8. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
